Engaging young people with real stories of careers in development have been captured through a new collection of 13 videos launched today to support National Careers Week 2021. 

Each video provides a unique insight into a host of professional roles that are undertaken to make a flagship development like One Horton Heath happen. 

Teachers, parents and employment representatives can use the videos to inspire young people to explore a wide range of career paths.

Lea Hampton, One Horton Heath Skills and Employment Manager, said:

“Through the video’s we gain a real insight into career stories from those who are actively working on the development today.

We have an amazing array of roles within the One Horton Heath team as well as through our contractors and specialists – it’s been great to hear from everyone and learn about their career paths.

We want to inspire local schools, colleges and young people to engage in activities and utilise the place creators resource tools to enrich the understanding around career roles."
