Development manager (commercial)

Stuart Callaghan

Stuart was a former solicitor before turning to property development across the south coast for almost 20 years. He is now embarking on a new chapter of his career where he is looking forward to immersing himself in the One Horton Heath project and playing a part in creating a suitable community. As Development Manager, Stuarts focus is on achieving value across the community, residential and commercial offerings.

With his grass roots in Wales, Stuarts a busy family man with four children and active interests in rugby, the theatre, playing tennis and dabbling in the odd DIY project.

Design Coordinator

Jitka Konecna

With a career in the built environment sector working in administrative technical roles, Jitka is presently enhancing her skills and studying for her HNC in Construction Management. Inspired by the ethos of the One Horton Heath project approach Jitka is now looking forward to being a part of a very different approach to house building.

A passion for detail and design, Jitka will focus heavily on the planning and technical stages of each land parcel and infrastructure segment. Her administration skills mean she’ll always keep an eye on running the technical project side smoothly.

As an active person at work and at home Jitka enjoys the outdoor life with her dog Bentley and from her travels and sightseeing insights into new cultures and different ways of living.

Land and Estates Manager

Rory Watson-Newman

Whilst running a small business that dealt with landscape and building renovations, Rory stumbled across Stansted Park. It was at this Stately Home where he developed his career in estate management. As Land and Estates Manager for the project site, he now manages and monitors the land appropriately before and after each construction phase whilst seeking opportunities to enhance the sites natural attributes.

Rory is looking forward to being part of a development that is seeking alternative development practices to the norm with space and scope to benefit the existing and growing communities. When not at work, Rory can usually be found outside building or creating tree houses with his children.
