New footage shows latest progress
at One Horton Heath
Our latest drone footage, filmed in April 2026, provides a fresh aerial view of the continued progress being made at One Horton Heath.
Across The Lower Acre, the site is becoming increasingly defined, with new pathways emerging and the first areas of grass now laid, helping to shape the look and feel of the future neighbourhood. At the same time, construction is moving at pace, with further foundations underway and more homes reaching roof level.
The sales arena and show homes are also continuing to progress, marking an important step towards welcoming future residents and showcasing what the development will offer.
Set within Horton Heath, the One Horton Heath development continues to move forward as one of Eastleigh Borough Council’s flagship projects, bringing forward new homes alongside carefully planned outdoor spaces.
Alongside the drone footage, a new time-lapse camera view is now available, offering a different perspective across The Lower Acre. Captured over several months, it shows the progression from early groundworks through to brickwork and construction activity, highlighting the pace of change across the site in a more detailed, day-to-day way.
You can explore the time-lapse on our dedicated page, also available to watch on our YouTube channel.
