Temporary road closures on The Avenue and Chalcroft Way for essential maintenance
Temporary road closures will be in place on Thursday 23 July on The Avenue and Chalcroft Way to allow essential maintenance works to be carried out safely.
The roads will be closed one at a time from 9am, with signed diversion routes in place. Traffic management operatives will also be stationed at either end of the closures to facilitate construction vehicle movements, and not expected to last longer than a day.
The maintenance works include:
- Annual line testing on The Avenue and Chalcroft Way
- Graffiti removal to Quobleigh Bridge on The Avenue
- Installation of chevron signs on Chalcroft Way
