Essential maintenance completed on The Avenue and Chalcroft Way
Essential maintenance works have now been completed on The Avenue and Chalcroft Way following temporary road closures on Thursday 23 July.
The roads were closed one at a time from the morning, with signed diversion routes in place while the works were carried out safely. Traffic management operatives were also stationed at either end of the closures to facilitate construction vehicle movements.
The maintenance works included:
- Annual line testing on The Avenue and Chalcroft Way.
- Graffiti removal from Quobleigh Bridge on The Avenue.
We would like to thank residents and road users for their patience and co-operation while these essential maintenance works were completed.
