A new view of progress

Our latest drone footage, filmed in August, gives a new view of how quickly The Lower Acre is taking shape.

From above, you can now see more of the road network connecting the new homes, with freshly laid tarmac and paved driveways starting to define the streets of the growing neighbourhood.

More roofs are also visible across The Lower Acre, with many homes looking increasingly complete. At the same time, work is continuing on the next phase of homes, with further foundations now laid across the site.

Can you spot them?

There are a few things to look out for as you watch the latest flyover…

1) Can you spot the acre of land set aside for a new play area and dedicated green space?

2) And can you find the two cranes currently working on site?

The view from above also gives a good sense of how the different parts of The Lower Acre are beginning to come together. From the homes and roads to the spaces that will form part of the wider neighbourhood.

If you’ve watched our previous drone footage, take a look back and compare the views to see how much has changed over the past few months.
