The first homes at The Lower Acre are taking shape, and the show homes offer an opportunity to see the finished spaces for yourself.

From the layouts and finishes to the details designed for everyday living, visitors can get a closer look at the homes being delivered as part of the first residential phase of One Horton Heath.

The homes include features such as fitted wardrobes, integrated kitchen appliances, flooring throughout, turfed gardens and generous patios. Ground source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points are also among the features supporting more sustainable living.

A growing neighbourhood

The Lower Acre will deliver 381 homes, with a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses and apartments, alongside affordable housing, shared ownership and private rented homes.

Beyond the front door, the wider neighbourhood is continuing to develop, with roads, planting and green spaces helping to shape this first part of One Horton Heath.

The development is being delivered with infrastructure in place to support residents as they move into their new homes, reflecting the project’s infrastructure-first approach.
