Latest consultation: Help shape the look and feel of One Horton Heath with the NEW Design Code

The public consultation on the One Horton Heath Design Code has now closed.

The Design Code is an important document that will help guide how the development takes shape – from the design of homes and streets to the layout of green spaces, public areas, and walking routes. It’s about creating a high-quality place that feels connected, welcoming, and distinctly local.

During the consultation, we asked for your views on:

  • The overall look and feel of the neighbourhood
  • Street types, cycling and walking routes
  • Housing layout and architectural character
  • Green spaces, planting, and sustainability features

Thank you to everyone who took part and shared your thoughts. Your feedback will help make sure the final version reflects what matters most to the people who live in, work in, or visit the area.

We’ll publish a summary of the feedback soon, so please check back for updates.
