PMc are an education-led client advisory and project management team with significant experience in delivering high-quality schools, colleges and universities across the region, and are looking forward to the challenge of providing a new primary school as part of the OHH development.Their appointment marks a major milestone in the development of OHH, as the school is set to become a key focal point for the growing community.
The team will now begin early survey work to inform the first design concepts, ensuring the new school reflects the ethos and aspirations of the wider OHH development. The design will focus on creating a modern, sustainable learning environment that meets the needs of pupils and the local community while integrating into its surroundings.
EBC Council Leader, Keith House said, “This is an exciting step forward for One Horton Heath. The new primary school will not only provide a high-quality education environment for children but will also act as a hub for the local community. We’re looking forward to seeing the early designs as the project develops.”
Peter Marsh Consulting Ltd and Re-Format will draw on their experiences, and lessons learned from previous projects, to incorporate best-in-class designs and processes for the OHH project. The goal is to create innovative, future-ready facilities that meet the highest standards. Early design work is set to begin soon, with further updates and visuals to be shared in the coming months.
