Wildlife Ponds

Six new habitat ponds were completed in Spring 2021 as part of our early infrastructure delivery. The ponds have come to life and are an important wildlife measure to ensure the population of Great Crested Newts is secured following years of decline.

From clusters of oak trees, small woodlands, hedges and scattered stock -our tree management activities go beyond the creation of new planted spaces.  With guidance from ecologists and tree consultants we are delivering important measures across the site to positively affect the life cycle of our trees.
