Have your say:
New Horton Heath primary school & community facilities
We are inviting the local community to take part in a public consultation on proposals for a new primary school, sports pitch, pavilion and allotments within the One Horton Heath development.
Outline planning permission has already been granted for these, but we need your thoughts on how these might look and feel. This consultation provides an opportunity to view and comment on the detailed design ahead of the submission of a Reserved Matters application.
What is a Reserved Matters application?
A Reserved Matters application is the next stage in the planning process. It focuses on the detailed design of the development, including things like the layout, appearance, landscaping, access and scale.
Consultation details
This consultation will run from 13 to 27 May, with feedback available online, with an in-person event allowing you to view the plans and ask questions from the OHH team on 13 May, 3:30 – 6:30 pm at Fair Oak Horton Heath Parish Council Offices.
