New drone footage shows progress at One Horton Heath
Our latest drone footage, filmed in early March (2026), offers a fresh aerial view of the progress being made at One Horton Heath.
The video captures the continued transformation across The Lower Acre, where construction work is advancing on the first phase of new homes. The sales arena and show homes are progressing well, while more properties across the site are beginning to take shape.
Located in Horton Heath, between Hedge End and Fair Oak, One Horton Heath is a major new community being delivered by Eastleigh Borough Council. As work continues on the first homes, progress is also being made in preparing the wider area that will eventually include green spaces, community facilities and areas for nature.
Drone footage like this provides a unique perspective on how quickly the site is evolving and the scale of the new community taking shape.
